But for most people, that’s not their biggest concern in the workplace. Employees who see a path to growth, to continual learning and development they are more likely to stay.
Something I think we tend to forget as business owners is our employees – our team members – are not just taking direction from us. They are adding their own talents, skills, and personalities to the workplace.
